SHIPPING
Hamley.com typically ships all merchandise using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Retail Ground. The the best carrier rate is selected.
If shipping to a PO Box, your item(s) will ship USPS Retail Ground.
Once your order is received, Hamley.com ships in stock items in 1-2 business days, and depending on your location you will receive your item in 2-8 business days. A shipping tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping of your item(s).

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Hamley.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new, condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at Hamley.com.
HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN
Hamley.com recommends that all return shipments be mailed by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS, and to take advantage of their shipment tracking system. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.
You must include your “RMA” and your Order Number in the shipping address. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package.

A refund (minus shipping costs) to the original payment method will be issued for that purchase once received within 1-2 business days. It may take 3-7 days for the refund to appear on your payment method.
RETURNING TO THE STORE
If the Hamley & Co., Western Store & Saddle Shop is near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with your merchandise. You can print a copy of your order by viewing your Order History or checking your email.
