Hamley.com typically ships all merchandise using UPS Ground and USPS Retail Ground. The best carrier rate is selected.
If shipping to a PO Box, your item(s) will ship USPS Retail Ground.
Once your order is received, Hamley.com ships in stock items in 2-3 business days, and depending on your location you will receive your item in 4-10 business days. A shipping tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping of your item(s).
During the holiday season, shipping and returns may take longer than normal to process.
