The tour begins with the centerpiece of our event facilities: the Slickfork Saloon.

The Slickfork is a flexible venue complete with beautiful architecture and a state-of-the-art audio/visual system.

The room can be designed to suit your specific needs and will accommodate up to 500 guests.

With incredible western décor and a stunning mahogany bar, it is sure to impress.

The Slickfork Saloon is the perfect venue for concerts, weddings, private parties, and other unique events.

Here is one of the historic photos that line the hallway. This was taken on Thanksgiving Day and captures the Hamley tradition of giving geese or turkeys to all employees.

Reach the end of the hallway to view our second largest room, the Cattle Baron.

The Cattle Baron Room offers a more intimate setting perfect for a small wedding ceremony, social reception, or business meeting.

This impressive room features a truly unique, all-original wood apothecary built in the United States in the late 1800's. For over 100 years, its home was in Berlin, Germany until 2007 when it was shipped back to the States and installed in this beautiful setting. The woodwork is still in pristine condition and has never been restored or refinished.

Look through this gorgeous stained glass doorway to view the Mezzanine.

The Mezzanine is the perfect location for private parties or special occasions, and provides diners with an excellent view of our beautiful main floor.

This is the perfect location to dine on a warm summers evening, or dance the night away to our live music "on the lawn."

Take a break from our main facility to stop in for a refreshing beverage from the Hamley Café, located between the Hamley & Co. Western Store and the Hamley Steakhouse.

The Hamley Café is a delightful, warm neighborhood eatery serving a full line of coffee drinks, light breakfast and a hearty lunch.

The Café offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with a second floor loft full of plush couches for comfort and extra privacy. It is the perfect atmosphere for a small business meeting, coffee date with friends, or just getting lost in a good book.

Return to our main facility to walk through the Hamley Steakhouse. Hamley Steakhouse opened in 2007 to rave reviews. Every square foot has been meticulously designed to embody the American Old West. Visitors will be taken back in time as they experience the late eighteenth century design and top of the line craftsmanship. Take a look inside to view some of the highlights of our facility.

Notice the beautiful historic bank wall on your right as you enter the facility. This authentic piece came out of the Dakota Territory town of Belle Fourche. Butch Cassidy and Kid Curry robbed the bank at Belle Fourche on June 28, 1897.

Featuring quarter sawn oak woodwork throughout the facility, as well as authentic tin ceilings encased in custom designed coffered woodwork. The chandelier is a modern replica of an original Tiffany design, made by the Tiffany Lamp Company. It is six feet across and is called "The Dragonfly."

A majestic show kitchen capped with a hand built and custom forged Barrel "H" copper hood.

The Barrel "H" copper hood was created by renowned artist and blacksmith, Doug Gisi from Walla Walla, Washington.

Commissioned paintings by Lorenzo Ghiglieri, arguably one of the finest western oil painters alive today.

Near the entrance is an incredible bronze statue, sculpted by Tuscan, Arizona artist Buck McCain. This piece has received national recognition and represents the original cowboys of the West.

On the other side of the bank wall is the Hamley Saloon.

This beautiful mahogany bar is the centerpiece of our Saloon. It was made in the 1890's and came from the Buffalo Hump mining camp near the present town of Grangeville, Idaho.

Or unwind at the end of the day. Whether you're coming to attend an event, watch a game, or just hang out, we guarantee you'll stay for hours soaking up the Old West ambiance.

Overseeing the action is Tex, a well-known Eastern Oregon longhorn raised by Cunningham Sheep Co. Tex was the ranch mascot at the Bar-M ranch for many years and weighed in at an even ton. Once Tex reached an age where the owners were not sure he would make it through another winter, he assumed a more permanent, long-term position in the Hamley Saloon.

Walk around the corner to view this old piano, built and placed into service in 1905, the year Hamley & Co. relocated to Pendleton, Oregon. The piano was originally a "player" and used in a well-known Saloon in Billings, Montana. The old safe next to the piano came out of Ogden, Utah, from Cross Saddlery, formerly the oldest western store in America. It operated from 1873 until 2005 when it went out of business. At that time, Hamley's bought and restored the safe. Hamley & Co. is now the oldest Western Store in America.

This liquor cabinet is a match to the main bar in the Saloon.

The 1883 sign came from an old building in Dodge City, Kansas. It represents the year the Hamley boys left their father's saddle shop and went out on their own to establish Hamley & Co., now the oldest saddle company in America.

Across from the 1883 sign is the Pendleton Room. Equipped with a state-of-the-art high-definition projection system, the Pendleton Room is perfect for any group meeting or presentation. Its close proximity to the Saloon and Steakhouse make it an excellent place for a social gathering.

The vintage banner "The Boston Social Club" was used in the Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman movie, "Far and Away." This canvas was the backdrop in the fight scenes where Tom is fighting an Irish lad. We were fortunate to acquire it after the movie was filmed.

Next to the Pendleton Room are the stairs to the wine cellar. These stairs were custom built from native stone by the outstanding mason Rick Mylenberg. He resides in La Grande, Oregon.

At the bottom of the stone stairway, lies the elegant and impressive Hamley Wine Cellar.

The table in the center of the room is called the Chef's Table and was built out of reclaimed wood from the original Hamley & Co. building. The Wine Cellar is the perfect spot for a bridesmaids' luncheon, a rehearsal dinner, or social affair.
